On Wednesday, April 20, the first Energy Talk took place at our campus. This event, which will be held once a quarter, is intended to provide an opportunity for exchange between interested citizens and our energy experts. After a short introduction by Prof. Dr.-Ing. Johannes Jungwirth, interested people had the opportunity to ask questions. Most of the about 20 guests are homeowners and were interested not only in heat pumps but also in wind energy, photovoltaic systems and how to renovate their homes in an energy-sustainable way. Prof. Jungwirth was supported by Thomas Haupt, Dipl.-Ing. Oliver Abel, Dipl.-Ing. Christoph Matschi and Dr. Gerd Hofmann in answering the questions as best as possible. We are looking forward to welcoming you at the next Energy Talk after this first successful event and are eagerly awaiting further questions!
